Cohort One · Toronto · Starting October 2026

Sales leadership from a regulated state.

Six weeks for women who carry a number. You leave with the five moves in your body, your terms set, and a measured delta from week 0 to week 6, not a feeling.

Founders scaling a business

You are the revenue engine and the operations team. Four in five self-employed Canadian women have no employees. Scale without a team is a burnout design, not a business model. You leave with your first delegation, your pricing floor, your pay-to-self, and the margin that keeps you in the game.

Women in enterprise revenue roles

You carry a quota inside a methodology that was written without you. You leave reading the buyer's state as a deal signal, selling in your full register, naming the asymmetric data in your reviews and your tools, and negotiating the structure of your next role before you accept it.

What the training you already bought left out

Burnout is not a character flaw. It's a supply-chain failure in a system nobody mapped.

Every major sales and leadership framework from 1898 to 2011 was written by men. The foundational study of self-actualization sampled eighteen people, all men. The hormonal research on high-pressure decision-making measured male traders under achievement stress. Nobody ran the study on women under evaluation stress.

Women's physiology responds hardest to being judged, dismissed and penalized for asking. This is exactly the load the double-bind produces every day. Under that load, women lose sleep first. Women's serotonin system is slower-synthesizing, receptor-denser and estrogen-dependent, so depletion lands first and harder. Clarity and confidence go with it. You cannot access what you know.

Six in ten senior women now report frequent burnout, against about half of men at their level. We don't teach you to push through it. We teach the mechanism, and we reverse it, one move at a time.

Six weeks. Five moves. One root system.

Week 1 · In person · Toronto · 4 hours

What's been missed, and Root

The gap in the frameworks, the biases in the data you're judged by, and the physiology of depletion. Then your first move. You leave the room with a working regulation practice, your six-channel signal library, and a maintenance protocol framed as revenue infrastructure, not wellness.

Week 2 · Online · 90 minutes live

Root in the room

Read state in a buyer, a board, a first hire. Regulate first; the room attunes. Align your calendar with your cycle or life stage. Midlife is a leadership tier.

Week 3 · Online · 90 minutes live

Forge

Your default register and your missing one. Soft when soft serves, fierce when fierce serves, both from regulation. Sell and lead as yourself and stop paying the translation tax.

Week 4 · Online · 90 minutes live

Clarity

Bias is data, not opinion. Find the asymmetric language in your reviews, your lost-deal debriefs, your investor feedback, and the tools that scored it. Name it as data. Naming it lowers its cost.

Week 5 · Online · 90 minutes live

Network

Power flows between women in regulated networks. Audit yours. Make three sponsor moves. Founders: your first delegation. Revenue roles: multi-thread the account.

Week 6 · In person · Toronto · 4 hours

Terms, and money

Set the structure before the work: money, time, scope. The evidence on women and money, and the principles that keep you in the game: enough, room for error, reasonable over rational, control over your time. You leave with three numbers you won't go below and a 90-day plan, witnessed.

Between sessions: five minutes of daily practice and one 30-minute peer check-in each week.

The same five moves we teach here, our sister practice runs on entire enterprises.

A measured delta, not a feeling.

Before week one and again in week six, you complete the same diagnostic: your regulation baseline, your sleep, the body signals you can read, your register range, the bias moments you can name, the sponsor moves you've made, the terms you've set, and one revenue number you chose to move. The delta is yours. Aggregated and anonymized, it becomes the receipt this work runs on.

Built across 25 years running enterprise data-stack revenue teams: Talend, Qlik, TIBCO, Information Builders. It holds up against the peer-reviewed physiology. Regional VP at Talend and Qlik. $24M ARR preserved through a live acquisition with 100% retention. 268% of quota in a restructure. Learned at full price, so you don't have to.
